Ruined my holiday

Staff were beyond unhelpful, facilities were dirty and not working. Tables never cleaned during breakfast. Push door kept being locked - fire hazard and staff laugh at you if you get fed up. Bed linen hardly changed and creased like rags. Only nice thing was pool - so disappointed. Treadmills marked out of order, and then people threw signs off and used them - signs in Hebrew only and staff had no info and couldn't care. Spa was average and expensive.

Pros: Breakfast and the views from the room
Cons: Little bit of maintenance, here and there, but nothing to much.
Location: Great location, loads to see all around, the historic sights of Israel.
Breakfast is amazing. The pool is lovely, and plenty of seating, and nice eating area. Little bit of wear and tear around the hotel, but rooms were great, fantastic views, and very spacious. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Pros: Good sized suites and modern facilities. Lovely views.
Location: The hotel is on the sea front, there is a nice walk to the beach [about 15 mins] and Netanya centre.
Everything about the hotel was perfect for us. Lovely modern suites and spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has a nice, big pool area. Breakfast was amazing!

Pros: The room, the breakfast
Cons: The difference in floor level between the bathroom and the rest of the suite should have been gradual...
Arriving afternoon, it took time to get hot water from the tap of the sink, This wasn't the case during the next morning. The bath tap provided hot water immediaterly at any time

I had to choose a Hotel in Netanya...

Pros: Large rooms nice views
Cons: If you want to call yourself a hotel, provide hotels amenities. Otherwise, its a rental. Pool was under construction! surprise...
Location: Not much to do. If you need to stay in the area, options are limited. I trust you will find a better option
Check in was at night after a late flight. The front desk staff English is limited. The modification policy isn't clear... Team member could communicate in English. Room looks more like an apartment than a hotel room : there is a kitchen and a living room. So... large hotel room but no /limited hotels amenities. Room service menu only in Hebrew??? Really guys??? Room service closed at night ? No mini bar??? Later that night I went down to ask if they had a vending machine. Staff member didn't speak English... and they dont have a vending machine. also he couldn't care less about helping me get food. Very dismissive. Short night... awaken by cleaning ladies (despite sign saying do not disturb), who pointed out I slept too late 11am) and she had to clean the room. No ATM in the Hotel, no convenience store. Nothing really close. One supermarket about 10 minutes away.(Nice walk)

Very nice hotel, well located and perfectly designed so that every room has a beautiful sea view. BREAKFAST, oh my, breakfast is not breakfast but a feast for the eyes, mouth and all 5 senses. Anything you can dream of eating was there, presented beautifully and in abundance. Cleanliness was top notch too, not a smudge on the china plates or a watermark on the fork! Every penny was worthwhile spending on this superb hotel.

Horrible experince

I had a fine time at this hotel until the sabbath (sundown on Friday). They told me the buffet was "not for you" and that I would have to find food elsewhere. They shrugged their shoulders when I asked if there was anything available anywhere else. This is a kosher hotel in a very kosher area so plan accordingly (room service is not available either). There are very limited options in the area.

Everything fine. Sadly I left my electric toothbrush behind! Probably due to be given a three room suite! The car parking was easy
