Clean, comfort and nice location and breakfast.

Posted Apr 7, 2017
We stayed 2 nights with 2 litel girls. The room was comfortable and clean. We disappointed littele bit the bed was not double bed, it was 2 singels bed together. The location is good. The breakfast is tasty. The staf was normal. It took over 2 hours to replace our towels. The hotel open a lovely game room for children on weekend. Recommended!

Not good value for money. Would have expected more for $400 USD.

Loud noise from pipes in bedroom

Posted Feb 24, 2017 on Hotels
we stayed for 3 nights in the deluxe room, it was very very nice, the room was big and spacious. It had an amazing view, which couldn't have been better. but the bathroom had no heaters which made it very cold. there was very loud noises from the pipes in the walls, which did wake us at night, ( our friend that was in the hotel had the same problem), which was very annoying. But overall a nice experience.

Amazing breakfast and views, OK place to stay

Posted Nov 13, 2016 on Hotels
The room comes at a nice size, but it was clearly left uncleaned from the previous guest. It may have been cleaned, but not at a level that I expect from such a self described premium hotel: I found hairs in the bath tub that weren't mine, same in the living area carpet, and even notes left from previous guest. On Saturdays, the hotel usually has guests attending 'Shabbat Hatan' - a day celebrated in honor of a couple who just wedded. I think it would make more sense to separate the families attending from the rest of the hotel guests during breakfast, as it was simply disruptive. On a positive note, the views of the Mediterranean see are breathtaking, and the breakfast buffet is probably the best I've ever experienced in any hotel, including the Four Seasons.

Pros: Spacious suites overlooking the sea with excellent Israeli breakfast.
Cons: Rooms need some upgrades. Furnishings and bathroom are older.

Ruined my holiday

Posted Sep 23, 2016
Staff were beyond unhelpful, facilities were dirty and not working. Tables never cleaned during breakfast. Push door kept being locked - fire hazard and staff laugh at you if you get fed up. Bed linen hardly changed and creased like rags. Only nice thing was pool - so disappointed. Treadmills marked out of order, and then people threw signs off and used them - signs in Hebrew only and staff had no info and couldn't care. Spa was average and expensive.
