Not a 4 star hotel.
I am not going to accept this hotel as 4 star. Its no where near 4 star. In room first of all they dont have fridge no safe locker no cupboard no cattle just 2 bottles of water. Paid parking reception and bar is together.

Large room, underground parking is nice with the heat this summer. Didn't like needing to request house keeping if it was wanted, not a big issue. Real nice hotel.

Great and convince location
It was a great location, you have Neu-Isenburg Shopping Centre at the doorstep of the Hotel! Bus and Taxi Service are right there too! Frankfurt City Center is 20 min with taxi. I really enjoyed my stay there!

I liked the rooms, I liked that you can get a few English speaking news channels on the TV and liked most of the parking facilitys. Need a card reader in the park haus to access the hotel after hours and after the current remodeling is completed it will be a very nice hotel.

Overall, the hotel was great. Good location for local shopping/restaurants and convenient for airport. Some confusion over my reservation on check-in, but they let me into my room early.

Nicely renovated hotel but air conditioner in many rooms doesn't work!! We changed many rooms to find an air conditioner working!! Some employees at breakfast were not pleasant.

Perfectly serviceable hotel.
Area wasn't great but I was there for a business meeting and I could walk there from here. So couldn't ask for more. Its a German hotel with German style beds, which I don't find that comfortable. I was in German so what else did I expect. Staff were helpful. Allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Room was a good size. I felt comfortable there. Think I had the best room in the place. I was on the top floor and had a terrace. Perfectly serviceable hotel.

Hotel was pleasant overall. Central Air conditioning was bit too hot for our comfort - we had to leave the window open all night, which meant we could hear the street noise. A bit surprised that there wasn't a fridge in the room ( common in Europe?). Breakfast was very good in terms of variety and tasty.

Only stayed for two nights on business trip so room size not as critical, but they are a bit smaller than usual for this standard. There is a restuarant but not much of a menu but what there was tasted good and well presented. Would be happy to use again as it is convenient for my work and if you want varied choices it it close to several restaurants

Mercure Hotel near Frankfurt Airport
Nice and modern hotel with good breakfast. Room and toilet are quite big for Germany standard. Nice shopping mall across the street. Free wifi but underground car park is not free. Booked a non-smoking room but was probably given a smoking room because the room smelled like smoke/cigarette.

While the Mercure itself was only slightly better than OK as far as rooms go, the location is excellent and the service was outstanding. Hotel Shuttle from FRA would be a nice adition, though nearby bus service is frequent, inexpensive and reasonably quick. Look for Jacques wine shop for a great selection at incredible prices. Close to the hotel, but a little tough to find. Very knowledgeable English speaking staff in what looks like a shack but don't be put off by the external apearance.

Great value for short stay near the airport.
I travel to Frankfurt on business often, I would recommend the Mercure Neu-Isenburg as a very good value for business traveller. However it is best if you have your own car. Location is outside of the citry centre. A 17euro taxi ride or a 15 minute walk to catch a tram to Frankfurt downtown core. The airport is a 15 minute, easy drive from the hotel. Rooms are modern decor, clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is top notch as expected in Germany.

EXCELLENT stay
Overnight stay before flying from Germany to US. We asked 2 different staff at desk for directions to airport, and were given cursory, unclear, unhelpful answers, subsequently getting lost. Great hotel comfort, cleanliness, decor, and fabulous breakfast. Dinner was slow to be prepared, but delicious.

Not an Airport Hotel
This Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel is not close to the airport property and, to make matters worse, unlike other airport hotels, does not offer an airport shuttle. Instead traveller's have to take a 25 Euro cab each direction!!!! Given that the room cost approx 70 Eur, total cost including cab back and forth was 120 Euro. If I had of known that, I wouldve stayed at a more expensive room on the airport property.

This hotel is located approx 7
This hotel is located approx 7 kms from the Frankfurt airport and a similar distance from the city. Good for airport transfers, and used by Trafalgar Tours. A tram is located 20 minute walk away which takes you to the city. This hotel is good for a one or two night stay, but city location is better for longer stays.

Very good for airport transit lay-over
Hotel allowed me 10 AM check in and same day check out because of my plane schedule. Hotel does not provide airport shuttle but hotel staff were very helpful and gave me information for local bus which was inexpensive and convenient. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Sehr zentral gelegen aber der uns zugewiesene "Privilege Room" war eiskalt,nur für eine Person vorbereitet, klein und die Fugen der Dusche waren im unteren Bereich mit schwarzem Schimmel kontaminiert. Nach Beschwerde "Up-Grade" in ein Themen-Zimmer "Ballonfahrt"...das war sauber und nett allerdings sehr hellhörig und direkt am Fahrstuhl gelegen.Aber 4.30Uhr morgens war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken.an Schöaf nicht
