I had to ask for toilet paper and paper towels on multiple occasions because they did not have daily housekeeping. “Was given 4 different rooms. 1st was occupied by others. 2nd had not been cleaned. 3rd had dirty sheets and humidity was at 90% which caused wet sheets. 4th tv was not working properly and door lock was starting to come loose. “Room was clean. Bath towels are so old/used they literally leave small bits of cotton in my hair. Toilet paper roller was broken, easy to see by room cleaning service and not repaired. Told front staff about this upon leaving. The air conditioner works but even when setting thermostat at 70 degrees it keeps cooling down to 66 degrees. Bed was great; furniture nice also; kitchen well equipped. Actually below average despite my 3 star rating.”
