“This little bungalow is clean, quiet and very comfortable. We happened to be there during the most amazing lightning storm which was great to view from the wide deck. The air conditioning was such a great amenity after having a lot of sun exposure. The property was a little off the beaten path, so I might not recommend staying here if you need to constantly do activities in downtown grass valley, yuba river, nevada city and need to go home frequently for naps, work, or outfit changes. But it is……

“The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great.”

“Entrance to the home was a bit scary because of the dropped off to the garage floor, especially at night when it was dark! The hot tub didn't look clean based on the look of the water. Other than that, everything else was fine. ”
