"I have been to Israel 7 times although I visited the dead sea each time I have never stayed there. Being the first time staying at the dead sea for 2 nights my thoughts staying at the Leonardo inn hotel was that the customer service was friendly and helpful, there was ample place to park the car I had hired which was convenient. Food that was cooked in the hotel was delicious,overall a good location and great value for money."

"Cute room with semi private pool. The private beach was nice. Food was good. Highlight was the sulfar pool. Did have an extra fee of 60nis though. 4 electric car chargers on premesis. Beautifully redone in the lobby. "

"Everything was smooth. The management was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was clean and the cabin was cool and fresh. They provided us with Candles and creams as well to repel the flies. There is a market in this community that has everything very interesting market. I bought lamb chops and steak and chicken liver and bbq in front of the cabin. We had a nice time with kids. "

"If you want a special desert experience, this is it. There are no frills and it’s like camping in a cabin. Yet this is such a unique accommodation with an exotic camel-inspired theme. We loved the hammock, the outdoor seating area and simplicity of it. The camel tour is a highlight to add on. Definitely for the adventurous spirit. Unforgettable! "

"This hotel is situated at the south end of the Dead Sea hotels. Although it is not right on the beach, it is close enough for a short walk, and there is a regular shuttle as well. The hotel sports a nice pool and excellent food, together with nice amenities. At the same time, certain parts of the hotel are showing their age and clearly need renovation. The downstairs hall, for example, had water leaking from its ceiling during our stay, with some tiles even falling down to the floor due to the damage. Some of the common spaces had a rundown look to them (although others had clearly been renovated). My greatest problems, however, came about when I tried to get a receipt for my stay. On my checkout day, I was told that it would arrive via email, but I never received it. Reaching the hotel to talk to someone human about this proved to be a monumental effort, as they didn't answer Internet messages and their phone systems would either close my call (after a *long* wait) or send me to a closed office. Indeed, I'm still waiting for a receipt, which I need for reimbursement purposes."
