The cave suite was beautiful and so comfortable. They had everything we needed and was bigger than we thought. Bauram was amazing, he mailed me my medication that i left behind in the room.

The room was nice and comfortable. Booking the hotel you look at the photo with balloons on the balcony but apparently you need to pay extra 60 euros to visit it, while paying 100 per night.

Everything was going good. For the tour areangement we paid to the staff and he areanged the tour saying everything is includes in that price. The tour went ok and then we recahed to the airport and shuttle deiver asked me to pay as they said i did not pay to the hotel. While diacussing about the trip option he neither gave me a receipt to prove that i paid for all the service. I had to double pay to the shuttle driver as they were not letting me go and my flight was almost slipping through. I liked everything about the hotel and even liked the facilities and the staff behavior. But this one thing made me feel very uncomfotable.
