Pros: It was close to where I needed to go
Cons: All in my experience. Even Room 22 has had a busted door handle for a year that I know of. It's crazy
Location: Bechtelsville - union house Bally - Hereford Mennonite Church Boyertown - Zerns
Bedspread had burn holes in it, Lamp shades fell off when simply trying to turn light on. Bathroom has mildew in shower on wall and Tissue box and heater rusted. Mainly cosmetic so you would think they would replace or fix. Maid service also did a poor job this week and was shocked because I was there for a week

Cons: Needs to be cleaner (carpet and sofas.)
Location: Not sure. I'm not from the area. Did notice local eateries that looked good.
The best thing was how close it was to our wedding reception we had to go to. Over-all it was okay. AC worked great. Staff was kind enough.

Very nice motel close to stores and restaurants.

Posted Oct 14, 2014
When I arrived there, I was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. It's a small motel, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I liked the country/ mountain feeling that I felt. It's very quiet, great for a stress free and simple getaway! I appreciated the Wal-Mart, gas stations, Dunkin Donuts, supermarket, and various small stores that are nearby. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Very reasonably priced. But no roach motel

An older country hotel. Our room was freshly painted. Furnishings were older but not bad. For what you pay there it would work. The bed was pretty comfy if you like a firm mattress and I do. Very new looking lg flat screen tv mounted on the wall. I would stay again.

People and pet friendly!

This is a great hotel in a quiet area. I have stayed here twice in recent months and both were great experiences. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was being able to have my dog with me for a very nominal extra charge.

Stay in nearby Pottstown, not here

Posted Jun 28, 2013
Cons: Ratty condition
This is an old-school 1960's motel that probably hasn't had a penny spent on it in decades. The owner is a nice East Indian fellow, but probably had no experience in the hospitality business. Boyertown is a low-risk area, so no big deal. There were adequate working locks on the doors and almost everything worked in the room (except for a few burnt-out bulbs). The can full of cigarette butts left outside my room during my stay was classic.

Keep looking

Pros: Quiet and had mini refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Cons: Tub and sink were dirty and had hair in them. Smoking guest sat on the porch outside the room and smoked.
Location: Just off the road. Easy to get to.
The Non-smoking room had to be sprayed with air-freshner upon entering. The toilet had a leak and ran inter-mittently all the time. There was a towel on the floor behind the toilet to catch SOME of the water so apparently the problem was known before we checked in. Breakfast was bagel, OJ and choice of small muffins.
