Off of 1-35.

Lobby had a weird smell and room was ok. There was a little stain on comforter and no trash bags in trash cans. Toilet flooded and gave us a really cheap plunger cause the maintenance man was not there yet. Bathroom door would not lock so we had to knock before we walk in to restroom.

Hotel was disappointing. Could use some repairs and updates. Over priced for what you get.

Hotel needs serious refurbishing

Though the hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel overall was not up to par. The pool was green and unusable, the ice machine didn't work and it was very obvious that the hotel was older based on its condition. The worst part though was the smell in the room. It smelled like bad BO or dirty feet. It literally made me gag when we first went in. Once we turned the air on and I sprayed air freshener a few times, it helped, but it was most unpleasant

We decided last min to come a day early. The staff was extremly nice and made sure we didnt have to check out of our room to check into a new room since we had seperate reservations. The hotel was clean, there was always staff available and made sure the hotel was secure. Safe and easy access location to all attractions. About a 10 min drive or less to everything we had planned for our visit.

Run down :(

Pool was closed due to being overrun with algae, everything was very run down and we even had to shove our door to get it to open. Doorknobs were wonky or completely not functioning, mattresses had seen better days, and there was even a couple parts of the frame that stuck out and no matter what we did, couldn't get it to go back in or cover up and it was super painful when we forgot a tripped over it.

Save your money!

Honestly I feel completely cheated. The pool was green with algae growing in it and they still were encouraging people swim in it that didn't know any better. The one luggage cart was broken and held together by rope, so we had to make several trips to our room when we arrived and when we left. Our room wasn't ready when we got there but we didn't find out until we got up to the second floor with half our luggage and the housekeeper was rude and told us we needed to just go back downstairs and ask for another room. This was unacceptable since I called 4 hours before we arrived after booking the room to confirm check in times and who I was and when we'd be there. The ice machine didn't work and the clerk told us to go next door to the Days Inn to get ice. After carrying a heavy cooler next door we find that you need a room key to have access so we couldn't get any ice. The majority of all the lawn chairs were split to where if you sat wrong they'd pinch your back side. We actually ripped a towel because it caught on some of the split plastic as we pulled it off the chair. I'm just glad it was the hotel's towel. Even the elevator stunk like body odor and there was no air conditioning on except in our room. We paid $130 a night for this terrible room and awful service.

The pool may be green, but its much like the river everyone loves floating in! Actually it is far cleaner than the river!! And our ice machine works perfectly fine, our guest do fill their large coolers with all of it..leaving it to remake ice in just for about 15 minutes, which is pretty quick if you think about it. And we have both plastic and metal patio furniture, a few of the plastic ones may have cracks, but most are perfectly fine. And no need to take your own pool towels outside, we got you covered--there are pool towels outside for all our guests to use!! Thank you for having stayed with us!!

I enjoyed my stay how ever the hot tub they had was not actually hot it felt more like a small warm pool.
