Unsatisfactory

The air conditioner in room wasn't working properly, I was sweating alll night long, talked to front desk about changing room, said we couldn't change rooms because it was prepaid thru Expedia, went to get in hot tub to relax and it had cold water in it, My wife and I are very disappointed, worst hotel experience we ever had!!!! I think we deserve some kind of reimbursement!!!!!

The walls needed maintenance, such as wall paper torn. The bathroom mirror had been broken and they had used tape to repair. Mold noted on bathroom ceiling. The hallway to my room was dark. The breakfast was minimal.

It was very nice and clean and very close the Guadalupe river. Had a lot of places to eat around the hotel.

Outdated and dirty rooms

Terrible hotel stay, room was dirty and outdated with broken tiles in the bathroom, clogged sink, stained carpet and bugs in the bed. Terrible choice for the very expensive daily rate that I paid. Expedia should remove this hotel from the choices. Terrible stay. This hotel should not be a choice.

Go anywhere else!

Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Toilet clogged every time you used it. And after a heavy mornings rain, the roof was leaking in multiple places down the hallway. Don't waste your time or your money.

Hotel smelled terrible. A pipe under our sink leaked and flooded our room. Would never stay there again.

Off of 1-35.

Lobby had a weird smell and room was ok. There was a little stain on comforter and no trash bags in trash cans. Toilet flooded and gave us a really cheap plunger cause the maintenance man was not there yet. Bathroom door would not lock so we had to knock before we walk in to restroom.

Hotel was disappointing. Could use some repairs and updates. Over priced for what you get.
