Great location, everything is close 5-7 minutes averaged. Staff is great and accommodate.

We had came in for a funeral and found that we booked the hotel in the wrong town. When we tried to cancel our reservation the hotel manager would not allow us to cancel without paying for the first night, even after explaining the situation. We could not afford to pay for a night that we were not going to use and pay for rooms at the Best Western at the nearby town that the rest of the family was at. I really thought that was poor customer service. I also thought that the lobby smelled too much of cleaning supplies and the "continental" breakfast was very small and without a lot of choices. I would not stay at this hotel again. Mainly because of the refusal to work with us in cancelling the reservation, especially during a time of bereavement. We felt very taking advantaged of.

Very friendly staff!

The hotel is clean, but dated and average. What made our stay was the staff. Julie at the front desk has a smile for everyone and sincerely cared about each guest!

The hotel needs updating

Hotel had no elevator, and I'm disabled. Floor smelled horribly of cigarettes and the people next door were having a small party with kids screaming. The walls are thin, the hall is smelly. But...the bed was clean and comfy.

Will stay there again

My room was well appointed, clean, and everything in working order. Breakfast as good as any other hotel complimentary breakfast. Coffee excellent. And the coffee was available all day. Staff very ftiendly. Recommend you ask for room on back side to avoid i35 traffic noise No lamp by lounge chair for reading
