You need to get a tech to look at the elevators no permit posted in one of them . It sounds like bearings dragging before stopping at the forth floor. The elevator is still moving after the door opens.

The only complaint I have is that they put me in a room next door to a room that was being remodeled so there was construction - drilling, sawing (sounds) and such that was very distracting while I was trying to work. I just wish I would have been informed and I may have wanted to pay to for an upgraded room. I purchased and prepaid for my room online. Could be a coaching opportunity in the future at check in for the staff to make it known.

Disappointed in overall appearance of motel. No lightbulbs in lamps. Lamp shade was not clean. Had to ask for toliet paper. Will not stay here again

Cost of room vs product and service provided.
The bathroom sink was deeply cracked. Neighbors were very inconsiderate and noisy during night and early morning. Desk clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. Window was dirty with child hand prints. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Makes me wonder if cleaning service team needs more training and/or replaced. The cost of the hotel room was over priced for the value received. I highly doubt I will stay there again.

I did not like that our shower was broken, I did like the swimming pool. I didn't like the breakfast the first 2 days we were there, but there is a Dunkin' Donuts right in front of the hotel. I didn't like that there were 0 vending machines.

My family and I had a great stay. Expedia stated the Two Queens room had a sofa bed and would sleep 5. This is not true. This property does not have any Two Queens w/Sofa Bed at all. They do have a King w/Sofa which we were so grateful to Gael in accommodating us with switching our rooms so that we would all have a place to sleep. I don’t know what we would have done if they didn’t have a room to fit us in. Thank you Gael! And Expedia - Please update your website.

Great parking. Need to block off parking for electric cars. Saw a lady with 2 kids trying to charge her car, airport rental only had electric cars, and cars were parked over the lines and she had minimal access. Could use a little maintenance. But overall it was a good experience.
