The only thing I was sad about is that there are no more little toiletries. The new bottles are definitely not the same. There were no mirrors or pictures in the room anymore. Just in the bathroom. The bed, however, was amazing. Just in my opinion, the little things like that is what we look forward to staying here. It’s definitely not the same. Oddly enough, my husband even said the towels felt different too. Not as soft either. The Hilton always had better quality of these things than any other hotel we’ve ever stayed at, anywhere. Now, it’s about the same. The bed was the best part!

The hotel was very good, my only dislike was the rooms have carpet. Besides that front staff was friendly and rooms felt clean. Breakfast is not included which is not common at their price point

Very nice and convenient. The note in the room said cleaning every 2 days but we had to go ask for clean towels as they did not come. So our trash was also full.

Nice hotel. The only problem was the room we had had a shower only, no bathtub which didn’t suite us. We did not request this type of room and it was listed this way when we booked the room. Hotel staff did not inform of this either so not sure if all the rooms are this way. May want to ask before making the reservation if this matters to you.

You gave to pay extra for dogs. Even though they don’t tell you that ahead of time. And underneath the beds are filthy. The bathroom door was dirty. The blankets are not good. I don’t know how to explain the blankets. There is a top part, middle and bottom and they aren’t sewn or put together. They have a pocket at the bottom where you put them together. And so the middle part is out.

A $75 pet fee upon arrival was a shock being I did not see anything on the price list upon booking this room at this hotel. We also could not get a room until 2pm in the afternoon which caused us to be late at the water park.

Great for short trips with family
The location is close to other attractions but in the outer area. The customer service was courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and had everything you need like microwave, fridge and Keurig. The room was perfect for a family of four. I did see the ice machine was broken and one elevator was down but not a big deal for us.
