Great location!

Great location! Close to I-35, Wurstfest and Gruene. Exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to New Braunfels.

Was a bit apprehensive after seeing some of the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. A good value for the price.

disgusting

Stains all over the bedding. Hair on comforter and in the sheets. Pretty sure there were bed bugs too. The whole place smelled horrible. I recommend choosing another hotel, fellow travelers

close to my area while other wanted far to much

Pros: Everything was nice / people where good customer service divine
Cons: Next step is to make the outside building large planters to make it even more welcoming / like the lights post camers in over looking parking lot
Location: food places good choices
I was tired and had been searching on the sites but the closets I got was HJ I was told it had been remodeled and under new management Staff where nice / help me as I need some assistance / the halls had a nice décor look felt new and room was ambiance excellent well also the lobby Breakfast just right as I was in a rush but had to check it out look like a great setup with all the proper station sets ...5 Star I will stay here again and again

nice hotel super nice new owners

had so much fun alittle construction on hotel which was nice to see they where improving it. new owners just weeks ago very nice always helpful cant wait to go back will be staying there again

Pee stains on the bed sheets

I was SO disappointed in this hotel. When we walked into our room it smelled like someone had just rolled out of bed. The sheets had yellow stains on them and I took pics. We asked to get our money back and the manager was "too busy" to soak with us and would not give us our money back. Absolutely disgusting.

Rooms not clean and not smells good. Ice box was working. Breakfast was not good and no juice for out little girl. The hotel is out dated.

Pros: Good location
An inexpensive place to stay if your OK with older outdated accommodations. If I was on a fishing trip with guys it's fine. RR

Nasty – not worth saving a couple bucks

Location: 10 minutes from Schlitterbahn lots of places to eat. I recommend TJ's Burgers!
Unfortunately I booked a room for three nights sight unseen based on price, a huge mistake… The staff charged the wrong card without even asking and barley spoke to us at check-in. The room was disgusting! Stains on the pillow cases, bedding and throws, hair in the bathroom, a toilet that ran nonstop, and the whole room reeked. They have unwrapped styrofoam coffee cups in the room and the first one I grabbed was used! It had a clear sticky substance all inside and the in room coffee pot had a white coating inside. My room was not even serviced after my first night, which I had to go to management about. Also they only provided 1 bar of soap for a four person room, when I went to the front to request more, after waiting five minutes for the two clerks to finish their pressing paperwork, I was rewarded with 1 additional bar of soap. They didn’t even bother asking if needed anything more. This hotel is in a great location, and cheaper than others, but serious lack of cleanliness and customer service means I’ll never go back!

Broken sink falling off the wall, holes in walls and doors, continental breakfast not managed well, odd smell (curry?)
