Clean, cheery, and good location

Pros: Location and staff
The staff was great here, the room was clean, and the free breakfast is typical continental breakfast fare. My only complaint is craftmanship on some of the construction details was shoddy. For example, the backsplash in my bathroom had separated from the countertop in many places, and painting was sloppy in a lot of areas. The place was comfortable and adequate, but in some areas it felt more like a motel than a hotel.

The hotel was close to what we wanted to see. It was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. I was very noisy between the highway and a hospital.

Pros: That it took pets. And they provide d a place for them to go outside.
Location: Very hard to get to.
It was ok. I did like the size of the bathroom, large.

Not bad

This is just a basic hotel. There were a few things that weren't too great about it. When we got to our room the toilet wouldn't flush.. something was wrong with the handle so we immediatly had to call downstairs and have someone come up to look at it... the front desk man came up in a matter of 2 minutes which was very nice.. and the problem ended up being very minor so it wasn't that big of a deal. The main problem at this hotel was that the floor that we stayed on constantly smelled like smoke.. thankfully it was only in the hallways and not in our room. The beds were comfortable which was good. The breakfast in the morning is nothing to jump and down about by any means... so if you are wanting a good breakfast, I wouldn't eat there in the morning. All in all it wasn't bad... and if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep then I would recommend this hotel.

Business travel. Decent room. Bed too firm! Water pressure in shower was too soft.

Close to venue

The hotel staff worked very hard to contain a youth football team which had no supervision. There was also a dog that was brought in who was too young to know hotel manners. In the morning there was no hot water for my shower. The staff did all they could but they had no control over any of the issues. The staff was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible.

The room was very clean. That being said it was extremely small. The room echoed horribly which did not help my husband snoring. The room seemed to have some sort of a tinny Echo to it. It smelled of paint when I first walked in however I got used to that. When I first walked in I decided to take a shower. The blow dryer popped and spit Flames at me. My husband was kind enough to go to the front desk and get me a new one. The staff was the staff was polite and courteous but overall I do not believe I would stay here again. It was not a bad Hotel but it was far from my favorite in the area.
