This was a great location we did stay during off season for the water park it was much more quiet then usual. It is a beautiful location across the river from the water park or if you want you can just float the river.

Nita was fantastic. Very attentive and knowledgeable. She was very very kind and a joy to talk to. The park is still being cleaned for opening. I'm sure it will be great once they have it ready for summer season.

VERY DATED. Loud rattling noise in the kitchen. Place was slanted to one side.

Lazy River not open till April 20th and facilities are old , very spacious, old furniture and very old pull out sofa bed. Nice family environment

First time staying at this property, however they were clean it was a much older establishment and was in an area far away from thenrest of the resort.. we felt a little abandoned and my dauggter wasnt comfortable staying there so we actually left and went somewhere else

It is off season so it was very quiet which was nice . It was close to downtown New Braunfels where we were attending an event and very affordable. The room was clean and welcoming however one of the double beds had a broken beam . If did not collapse but should have been picked up by staff before our arrival.We enjoyed our stay overall.

Property definitely needs some updating. The leather headboards were appealing and just looked very cheap and not very clean pull out mattress, and the sofa also had stains.

Went during the off season in December. Super quiet place, basically everything was shut down. They could freshen the rooms up a bit, they're really dated. Just a standard room, nothing noteworthy except the deer that roam the property. Those were cool!

Let down
Pool was out of service even though they said it wasn’t. Not enough stuff to cook with even though we had a full kitchen. Very worn down. Pillows were awful.

Family Friendly Resort in need of Renovation.
Friendly staff, great location. Lots of curious deer on the property. Couch bed mattress was stained and smelled of urine, staff provided a new one. Resort is in need of renovation, but was a good value for the price.

I stayed during off season, so it was quiet and inexpensive. They could definitely use some upgrades as there were broken items in the room but it was a place to sleep while visiting family. The staff were great.
