“Very disappointed with the poor quality of my stay. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close……

“Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. The stairs to the backyard are a bit steep but a vacant lot is available at the end of the street just 3 houses away. “This home is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy using it, and the gaming is outstanding. Its location on a main road makes it convenient to the highway and both downtown Pittsburgh and the airport, with many good restaurants, groceries, and shops within a 3 minute drive. “This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".)
We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.
