The Marriot staff were friendly. However the property is starting to show its age and needs to be updated. Many of the rooms are in need of repair and the exterior could use paint.

The JW was beautiful and the staff provided the best service. My wife and I had a great time and would definitely recommend when traveling to Cairo. The area around the resort is still developing so there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurants have excellent food.

The accommodations and service was wonderful, but rooms were slightly outdated. I enjoyed the spa, dining options, indoor and outdoor pools, water park and "beach" options. The grounds were well maintained and breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel that lush with marble and old school elegance. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The location is very secure with well established security protocols. We found the quality of meals to be inconsistent. We preferred the offerings in the buffet and the Plateau.

The property is quite grand with lots of grounds to walk on. The gym and recreation area is excellent with good working equipment the hotel also has several nice restaurants which is good. The staff are very helpful and always keen to please. I left a two garments however the Hotel has not called inspite of inquiries

The JW Marriott Cairo is fabulous! Beach area, swimming pools, spa, soft pillows and bedding. Good food. Free airport service. Piano player. Friendly staff. Coffee, tea, water in room. I had garden view with sliding doors onto patio with grass and umbrella and padded lounge chairs. Has salon. Got a pedicure. I could go on and on. Lovely place to stay. Lots of security. And golf.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel facility is great. What impressed me most is the staff esteem to keep customer happy. I can in particular mention the supervisor of reception Mr Mohammed excellent customer service skills that concluded our stay with a great satisfaction.
