One night bad, one good

Pros: nothing I can think of
Cons: the place could be spruced up and they could pay attention to the common areas which were really run down.
Location: not much near by. I did find a good restaurant on my own as the list the hotel provided was not helpful
I stayed two nights. the first night was awful, the A/C didn't work, the internet didn't work, the light by the bed didn't work, the clock didn't work and the kids made lots of noise. I went back the second night because I had booked through Expedia and getting a refund is a real hassle with the, I will never book through Expedia again. I went back and the owner was behind the desk and he said the reason the internet didn't work was that there were a couple hundred kids and they overloaded the internet. He offered me access in the conference room or his office. The room was better. the a/c worked and the internet worked. The woman on the night before could only say that she didn't know anything about computers and was no help. The place is shabby but the second night was okay.

It's been 2 weeks since I stayed there and my C.C. that I told them not to use is still messed up and shut off by the bank, on top of this I paid cash for a room and a credit card for the other room. Very un-happy with this location. While checking in late, even though we called to tell them we would arrive very late (early a.m.) the night auditor was rude and unpleasant, is as if we were a bother to her. She is the one who charged the card on file even though we told her we were paying with a different method. I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, quite n the staff very nice. The only thing was the Wi-Fi wasn't working but other then that I love it..

Filthy, stinky, rude, broken down DUMP!!!

The room stunk, bathroom fan was loud and annoying, beds were much smaller than advertised and blankets looked like they were from 1954 and were all faded. The staff wouldnt clean the room. The front desk would not give us shampoo, had a difficult time accessing any wifi, the shower was cold after 3 minutes and when I called to ask what time breakfast was at 9am... was told they stopped serving breakfast at 9. Housekeeping also had to be demanded and still... no shampoo. I should've slept in my van... it would have been more comfortable. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ski Trip

Room was clean and at a very good price. Beds were comfortable, the TV signal was bad, and was the complimentary continental breakfast was not so great. everything taste kind of old or like it had been seating out for a while.

Cons: Maybe some new pillows.
Depending on the going rate at the time of booking, we usually stay here we have never had a bad experience at this motel, the room is always clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. The addition of the hot food to the Daybreak Breakfast is a real welcome change.
