Nice little property
Very clean and very safe area. 5 minutes walk from metro station make life much easier to roam around Delhi city. Room and bathroom are clean. You have to leave your key to reception if you want your room to be clean.Breakfast are limited however it’s not a problem. Overall it’s a good property and recommend hotel is situated in good part of Delhi

Just what I needed
If you want affordable, clean, and good. Look no more. I came to Delhi for a weekend so I could go to the Taj Mahal one of those days. This place was perfect. 2min walk to the metro (purple line) could connect to the main areas of the city with ease. I ordered dine in service and the prices were so reasonable and food was decent. Couldn't be happier with my stay here.

Great once I got there
The stay was great once I found the hotel and checked in. I had enormous trouble with that stage. I arrived quite late at night (late flight) and no one was able to pick up the phone to help me find the place in my taxi. Once I located it, the stay was great, but the person at the front desk at night needs to answer the phone!

We highly recommend Home@F37 to everybody
Home@F37 does not locate at cith centre but we only take 2 minutes walk to the metro. The breakfast is simple but good. The hotel is clean. It is much cheaper than the soso hotels around Connaught Place.

We stayed for one night. Complimentary water bottle available in room. Room was clean and with hot water. Breakfast food service was good. A mix of cold and hot food available. They also have lunch and dinner on offer. Sufficient for our overnight stay.

Home@F-37 was a great choice of hotel in Dehli. It is located in a convenient spot; I did not take the train but tuk-tuks were available right outside the hotel or just around the corner. The hotel is located in East kailash, on a side street , so a little away from the main busy and noisy roads. A tuk tuk ride to Connaught place was about 20-30 mins and cost 300-400 rupees. It was well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are indeed very polite and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast was adequate. I had two evening meals at the hotel and the food was quite delicious. I booked a half day tour with the hotel and enjoyed it. I did not think it was too expensive. I would stay here again and I do recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable hotel in Delhi
This is a great budget hotel with large rooms just outside the main city of Delhi. The metro is a two minute walk along the road. It’s perfect for a city visit and has some great bakeries and cafes locally plus a couple of supermarkets. The hotel staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast although not varied had ample choice with eggs and Indian bread and pancakes cooked to order. A great hotel if you don’t want to spend out hundreds of pounds. We stayed 4 nights and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and complimentary water, tea and coffee

Clean, quiet, comfortable and very enjoyable overall. The neighborhood has increased the number of restaurants and other amenities so it's even better now than it was before.

Nine nights in Delhi
I stayed for nine nights whilst I was visiting family in Delhi, so not a tourist visit.I chose this hotel because it was close to where my family were staying. I just wanted somewhere clean and comfortable with breakfast.It was very reasonably priced. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very polite and did not ask for tips which made me feel more comfortable. The free newspaper gave me something to read over breakfast.The breakfast was good and made to order. I don't like spicy food and they were happy to make me plain omelette. The fresh fruit for breakfast was good, so was the toast.I didn't try the cereals.I didn't try the hot food apart from the baked beans as it looked spicy.The tea was good.I didn't use room service so can't comment on that.The reception staff were also helpful and polite.There were no problems with my booking with Expedia. I paid in English currency on line in England and there were no hidden extras on arrival.The air conditioning and fan worked well. The fridge was working but noisy at night so I had to turn it off at night.I took ear plugs as temperature was hot without the air con on which was handy and helped me to sleep. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would go back to this hotel,

All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious each morning and we ordered dinner one night from room service and it was one of the best meals we had in Delhi. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Delhi.

"Home" was like home
Friendly, helpful, and very trustable hotel manager. Well decorated, cozy room, with nice hot shower. I was in New Delhi in the winter; they provider a heater as it was just a bit cold. That was unexpected, but very appreciated. Good breakfast. I strongly recommend staying there.

This place is great. Was very clean and the hospitality was amazing. Suresh was very kind and helped us alot. We even left our luggage when continuing the journey within India. This place might not seem to have the luxory bells and whistles but it just what we were looking for. Clean, friendly and perfect location. Just a short walk to the metro. Highly recommend this hotel.

i was staying at this hotel for the business trip and it was excellent with all good facilities. worth for the facilities and the money we pay. they accepted the early check in for us when we arrived from manali at around 9am in the morning.All is well and good hospitality, I would recommend for people to stay at Home @ F 37

I definitely liked staying at Home@F37, and I plan to stay there again. It is very reasonably priced, comfortable, the staff is super helpful, and the location (right around the corner from the purple line metro) is perfect. The only concern I had was the obnoxious smell of cigarette smoke in the room I was first given - however, after I complained I could immediately shift into a different room.

This is a hidden jewel in South Delhi. I loved the location of this hotel...it is near many sightseeing landmarks and is right around the corner from the METRO (Kailash Colony station).

An Understated Gem
I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. What it lacks in ornamentation and style it more than compensates for in courtesy, helpfulness, and, yes. Humour. Highly recommended for those who see virtue in simplicity.
