Really bad worst experience low quality not at all clean paid 1500 rupees for extra mattres not worth it

Horrible experience. Bedroom dirty, bathroom in bad condictions: shower not working, bath brown, no hot water for 3 days, showering with a bucket, no towels.

This is quite a welcoming hotel. The staff try their best to ensure that all needs are met. The buffet breakfast was good and I made a request for fried eggs which was happily received without any fuss. The hotel is clean and sits beside a food supermarket which came in very handy. Also good location for shopping.

Pros: It was close to IHC where I had a business meeting. Food was good. AC temperature setting and regulation worked!
Cons: Should have enough non-smoking rooms. Water heating to be improved, free bottle of mineral water, bath soap and reading light for bed to be provided.
Location: I just stayed for the night, so did not explore the neighbourhood. I am told that the market is in walking distance.
They gave me smoking room despite request while booking to give non-smoking. The stink of cigarette smoke was nauseating. I made them to change rooms twice (three rooms were tried), but only degree of cigarette stink varied. Gave me a headache. Only lukewarm water, not hot water, in the bath room. Food, though limited in range, was good. Breakfast was frugal- they can add a live egg counter. Staff were courteous. Wifi worked on my floor. Unlike most star hotels, here the AC settings could be changed and I could get the set temperature.
