Very nice property. Very good food and ambiance.

Pros: Service was very prompt.
Cons: No areas of improvement. Best services.
Location: Very nice location. Near to the airport and market place including world class malls.
The cooperation of staff was very good. Almost at every point they were ready to help. Rooms were very neat and clean and room service was very prompt. Full marks for good behavior and service to the hotel staff.

Nice garden and big Swimming pool, Rooms are well furnished and maintained. Food is good , L9cation is an advantage,surrounded by many eateries

No smiles on staff faces.

Out of the 20-25 staff we met, 3 had great warmth n smiles. F&B Mgr/a young girl in F&B/one elderly chap in concierge. We had asked for extension of one day, on the day we arrived, but 2days later, we were told no one confirmed and we were asked to check out very rudely.Did anyone bother to ask guest how we were going to find another hotel or if we needed any help?? First time foreigners don't know India and we had to find our way around. Thank you GM and staff of Jaypee. Never again.

Good Hotel in Delhi

Cons: Remodel rooms.
Reception Staff at the Vasant Continental was excellent. Went out of their way to help me print out plane e-tickets. Helped us store our luggage when we traveled to a different city. Room was a little small, and bathroom was old. Breakfast was okay, and wait staff in Breakfast room had indifferent attitude and ignored requests for tea etc.

Pleasant common areas, super thin walls

This hotel was perfectly adequate with nice grounds and lobby. Every staff person I interacted with was helpful and friendly. The room was nice too but the walls were so thin, my neighbor's snoring woke me up. I also did not appreciate paying for internet for each device-- especially when the internet wasn't very good. Similarly the gym was well equipped but didn't open until 7:30 am, which was too late for me to use.
