Oberoi is simply the best

The staff were absolutely over the top! We required a doctor to come to the room due to an ill family member. They quickly reached a doctor allowed us to stay until late afternoon so our ill traveler could rest before their flight to Dubai. I can't say enough about this remarkable hotel and staff. I will definitely be returning to the Oberoi on my next trip to Delhi.

Felt like royalty at this hotel

The service in the hotel was outstanding and made you feel like royalty. The breakfast service and selection was divine. A great hotel to welcome you to India

Lovely friendly staff, good concierge (but you have to talk to the top lady at the desk, because some of the guys are not as experienced). The hotel is a bit old, and it shows in the rooms, that's the only drawback. Other than that it was a lovely stay with lovely friendly people.

We stayed at the Oberoi in the city twice , once upon arrival and then again on departure. We've stayed at the Oberoi in Agra and Kolkata and these properties provide superb class service and amenities

Stayed there as a treat for myself after 19 days throughout India. Well worth it. The rooms were a little small and the internet was not free (really?), but otherwise it was perfect -- food, service, attention to detail all were superb
