The staff was amazing. Only reason I didn’t give a five star is because I didn’t get the room that I originally booked. I wanted a king size bed but other than that, it was a great stay.
The staff were very attentive to guess and had a fantastic people personality
Very helpfull and kind to say the least. Great service overall and would highly recommended this hotel. We'll be definitely going back. Mrs. Carlin Holness makes our stay an immaculate one and to top it off, her personality was very warm.
The staff at the front desk is extremely kind. We stayed 3 nights, and the cleaning staff came too early both days. I asked them to come later and they never came back. The room was never cleaned during our stay.
I love the fact once you go through the doors it’s very welcoming. Had a bar and restaurant downstairs in main lobby every had a lil store if you wanted some late night snacks. Will definitely book again!!!

The reception personnel had checked us into a double although a King was corrected. Found out later due to a phone call from the front desk that we were checked in under the wrong reservation and I had to go back down to reception to reenter a credit card for incidentials . The phone call had come at 11:30 pm, two and a half hours after I had fallen asleep. The belt (I assume) on the air conditioner fan was squealing every time the unit came on. We turned it off so that it would not wake us every 10 minutes or so.

Not sure the sheets were super clean for the first night. Cold bathroom, runny toilet, outdated bathroom, the hotel and the rooms begin to be old. But staff was great and helpful, parking convenient.

I understand that if is not a customer staying at the hotel you charge for parking, but it should be free for customers. The place is not well located and it is not safe outside the premises. I paid for parking and there’s nobody supervising the parking and the gates are open.

I really liked the strong water pressure of the shower, and I took long hot showers. The one area that was difficult was to regulate the heat. It was either too cold or too warm, even though we adjusted the thermostat only one to two degrees.

Streaming didn’t work in first room then second room bathroom toilet wasn’t working
My room had a faint smell of urine (probably the carpet in between the beds). There weren’t any bags in either of the trash bins, bathroom sink fills with water, and the toilet keeps running. However, my stay was quiet and peaceful .
