We only had 2 pillows and asked for 2 more and was told they didn’t have any more. We only had one towel asked for another and they told us they didn’t have any more. One towel. Mary at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not stay here. Place is dirty and unsafe

The staff was honest and as helpful as they could be. The property is shockingly run down, and all the rooms stink of cigarette smoke. Amenities worked; tv, fridge, microwave and hot shower, decent bed, AC. Basic linen and towels but they were clean. But there were smokers in the halls in the “non-smoking” section I had signed up for. Cigarette burn holes on my outer blanket! Nice staff but I didn’t feel safe with one character roving the halls near my room at night, smoking and growing increasingly agitated on their phone, like this was their office and I was walking through it. I didn’t feel safe getting to my room. Other guests were normal and friendly. And the staff did what they could; sending up a housekeeper with air freshener to cover the smoke smell, and trying to accommodate me. They were great. The property was horrible. I don’t think people are expected to stay more than one night. Unless you are a chain smoker who doesn’t mind shabby surroundings. Then you will be in Paradise.

Water ran constantly in the bathroom sink and wouldn't shut off. There were holes in the floor. The floors felt sticky. The latch on the door was only held with 2 screws and was loose. The beds were comfortable. Showers were good, plenty of hot water. There were bagged breakfast that was included. When I went into the lobby I didn't see any, they were not offered to me and were not sitting out. Price was low but I would not stay at an Econo Lodge again.
