The rug was heavily stained. Drapes amd dust ruffle orange and brown geometric pattern from previous owners. Bedspread Navy blue and green floral. The place reeked of curry, cigarettes...nonsmoking and disinfectants. This is a motel NOT a restaurant. Very unpleasant odor for most people. The furniture ...
Walls paper was coming off, as you walk thru the hallway to the room it smell like mode, when I got to my room it stink like dirty must and u seen the ceiling had water damage.. not some where I would recommend to my friends. It looks nice from the out side.
The staff accommodated our every need. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and stress free.
I got the deluxe room when I checked in the kitchen floor was sticky and the bathroom door did not work. Also I had to let the lady in the front that they did not refill my snacks, which that is the reason I picked the deluxe suite. The staff was very friendly and this is the hotel I usually stay ...
Clean, comfortable and appears newly renovated by the new carpet smell. Excellent value. EZ off & on I-91
We were visiting family in the area and this was a very comfortable hotel next to the freeway making it easy to get around the area.
My daughter like too much, clean, good facility, pool area, game room area, and more
I booked two rooms for my family and requested connecting rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and my only regret was not being able to draw the heavier curtains closed to allow the room to be darker in the AM.
Nice stay. Especially impressed by housekeeping staff. Hard working and very friendly/accompdating
Walked in hotel is very run down, mattresses were plastic, room was old dirty and smelt of clemicals. Gym had a few machines and one was broken. Shocked this hotel is opened and terrible that expedia recommends it. Total disgrace expedia
Plenty of hot water - broken furniture - hole in wall - not enough towels
My band was playing in West Haven and I needed a place to stay overnight. Milford was very close to my gig and cheaper than a hotel in West Haven. It was pretty much like all other Holiday Inn Express's that I've stayed in before.
Just a night getaway with the Mr. totally amazing. From clean pool to most comfortable bed ever. Great breakfast to nice little bar with great appetizers. Walking distance to shopping and restaurant. Just totally perfect.
Only interacted with two of the staff. Front desk was great and very accommodating. Women working the breakfast set up was not as nice. She was offended when, after waiting 15 minutes for coffee, I went back and asked if she was aware the regular coffee was empty. After another 5 minutes she came ...
The staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful to meet your request. Good location walk around and shopping. On site microwave and laundry make a stay easier.
Odor of smoke present in the building but not in the non smoking room
Excellent stay. More than comfortable and within walking distance to attractions
