Terrible service. Paid $455 a night ( not including taxes). Room was never cleaned, nor sheets changed or even bed made.Told had to request room service 24 hours in advance. We were not told this at check-in. Had to leave own trash and dirty towels outside room in corridor and keep going down to front desk to get clean towels and even tissue paper(embarrassing). No replenishment of tea or coffee in room. For price, service worse than small budget motel. One front desk clerk very impolite, like they were doing us a favor letting us stay there.

Not a good experience with Hampton Inn Brand. If it wasn't for Expedia stepping in, we would have lost our money and room due to a poor decision the staff made.

No acknowledgment of me as a Hilton Honors member on check-in; was not offered bottles of water the way other Hilton properties do. Was not given opportunity to check in using the Hilton app because of poor communication between Expedia and the hotel. Night light in our room (422) was broken. In heavy rain, there was no way to bring luggage into the hotel without either bringing it through the rain or carrying it up a flight of stairs. Room door was extremely heavy and hard to open; my wife almost couldn't open it. Fourth floor ice machine was broken forcing us to go to other floors for ice. Shades and no curtains in the room did a poor job of blocking road noise; curtains would have helped. Breakfast was skimpy--no cut fruit, no pastries, no English muffins, and the bagels were frozen. Good fitness room.
