Booked 2 nonsmoking rooms for our family. Got put in a smoking room on 4th floor and nonsmoking room on 2nd floor, Our 4th floor room was eventually moved to a 1st floor room once the manager became involved. We're given breakfast coupons to make up for the hassle, but the breakfast service/food was very disappointing (no hot water in carafe, no bread for toast to go with omelet, very slow service, stale coffee.). We would have rather paid to eat at the Starbucks up the road. Carpeting in many areas needs replaced. The 4th floor reeked of smoke even though many rooms on the floor were labeled nonsmoking. Not on par with other Hilton Garden Inns!
