My nonsmoking room smelled horibly.

Posted Nov 8, 2016
My nonsmoking room smelled of cigarettes and chemicals. It was a terrible experience. If you are in any way sensitive to smells or asthmatic or have any lung problems AVOID this hotel at all costs. I requested they moved me to a different room because it smells like cigarettes covered with lots of chemicals. They did. The next room seamed a little better but probably my senses got disensitized from the previous smell. I couldn't sleep at all, couldn't breathe. I wished I had slept in my car. Very bad experience. I would imagine that after complaining about bad smell they would give me one of their cleanest rooms... So, either the staff didn't pay attention or maybe all their rooms are filthy stinking.

A great place to stay

Posted Nov 2, 2016
Pros: Very quiet. Clean modern. Staff was friendly and courteous. Did not eat the breakfast but from what we saw and heard from other guests, it was good
Cons: The fitted sheets on the bed kept coming off the mattress during the night. They might want to look at upgrading the linens.
Location: We were there for a family get together so we did not do anything nearby. Close to 2 major highways, shopping which was convenient for us.
We were in town for 4 days for a family get together. Have stayed in other hotels nearby and heard good things about the Hilton Garden, so we tried it for this trip. It was comfortable-price was reasonable. Pool and fitness center looked very nice-we did not use them due to our hectic schedule. Microwave & fridge in room was convenient

Im Industriegebiet

Posted Nov 2, 2016

Great multi-use lobby, sitting area, eating area. Chairs a bit worn. Breakfast average, but dinner very good and reasonably priced. Overall, service excellent.
