This place felt real sketchy... the staff are not the friendliest at all. I understand how tiring it can be to work at a place like that but i don't think i ever came across someone so meh. The place is supposed to be non-smoking... but smells a lot like cigarettes and marijuana. You get what you pay for though that's about it. i did not feel safe at all though

The male clerk who checked me in has no customer service skills, not friendly was on his phone when walked up to the counter and said what do you want, being friendly goes a long way.

People don't know how to behave
At 12:30am, there was a woman throwing a fit in the parking lot. She was in her car and kept laying on the horn. Then she got out of her car to have a confrontation with the people in the parking lot. The time before, there was an entire family that had apparently been kicked out of the facility. They were outside the front door for over 24 hours. The adult children were running in and out of the lobby getting water to throw on each other. And, the older lady in the wheelchair hooked up to an oxygen tank saw no reason why she shouldn't smoke at the same time. I'm not sure that I will be willing to give them a third strike. If the front desk did more to have disturbances kept to a minimum, I would feel better about it.

Basic motel. No frills. Would have been nice to have a front desk clerk at check out actually converse. Alas, room was ok. It was clean and quiet. Pillows a bit flat. Wish breakfast were provided.

The refrigerator was not working my food went bad. There was water all over the floor. And the floors were sticky as if they did not clean the room prior. I told Jessica an employee at motel 6 she did not offer to move me just said she would make a note of it. I am not satisfied and would like a refund!

The hotel is in the process of being updating , I think as there were to sets and tables being brought in and stored in an entrance room. The room had a strong stale smell. They do not even have coffee at the entrance. Employees banging things on ver the corners. TV control working badly.

Well first off the ac refused to stay on. When looking inside the vents it was absolutely filthy inside. Second the room phone didnt work. Third the whole floor reeked of cigarettes. Fourth the guy working the front desk basically acted like i was bothering him when i went to check in.

After a horrible first night at a different motel the kindness and professionalism at this Motel 6 was top notch. It can be a little noisy but it’s not too bad. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in CT.
