Wonderful staff and great location, but the hotel could do with a refresh. Not the luxurious stay webhad anticipated.

Good but aging.

Pros: This was an average hotel.
Cons: Change the layout of tables in the restaurant so everyone can look out the window and no one has to eat with their back to it.
Location: Lots of churches to check out nearby. If you are looking for a steak place, skip the hotel restaurant and go to Temple Grille across the street.
Stayed for an overnight, so not much of a chance to experience customer service or housekeeping but the room was clean and no issues with check-in or check-out. The room appeared to be a bit older but bathroom was more modern. Paid extra for room with a view - the best part of the view were all the churches around town. The hotel on the 19th floor has opportunity for improvement. The servers were very eager to clear our plates, though we were still eating, but slow to deliver food and drinks. I had to ask the server for water a few times before the manager brought over a carafe to fill it up. The manager was more attentive during the second half of our meal than our server. My back was to the view outside (we were told 360 view), and I stared at my partner and a wall for most of my meal. They should change the layout of tables so everyone gets a view of the city. The food was very delicious and we were able to charge the bill to the room.

Hotel is too old, not a comfortable feeling

Posted Jan 18, 2017
The bathtub wouldn't hold the water when you take a bath, and it has a very strange smell in a room. Like old souls were trapped in it. Wasn't a big fan.

Lovely and friendly hotel in the heart of downtown

Posted Dec 13, 2016
Pros: Location, reasonable price, very good service.
Cons: Small things: room heating wasn't functioning well, and the fitness center should not be perfumed. Perfume is an irritant when exercising.
Location: Good restaurants, near the village green, just about everything is in walking distance.
Very positive experience: friendly staff, warm surroundings, in the heart of the restaurant and theater district. Room heating wasn't working properly, which can happen. On the plus side, there are lots of amenities in the hotel -- restaurants, room service, valet parking, fitness center, etc.
