Everyone was lovely and very helpful. The elevator was not working from the parking to the hotel which was a little annoying. Otherwise great stay.

What a lovely hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the beds were extra cozy. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I rarely write reviews but was so taken aback by some of the negative reviews I thought it important I write something. Thank you for a great stay!

All the service is fantastic, I love the rooms, the good restaurant, and the good server. All the staff are so kind. This place will be the first choice for my whole family for our next visit.

It is a very nice property. The only recommendation is that about the size of the room. The room we stayed in was two queen beds. However, I think it is too small for two queen beds. For a king bed room that is fine.

Staff was very helpful, room was super comfy, view and location were great, room service was right on time and delish, and the sweet holiday treat was also yummy.

My room at the Omni Hotel was extremely cold the whole time I was there. Eventually, the front desk gave me a space heater, but it was still a pretty miserable time.

The staff was very nice. There are some common areas that could use a coat of paint. I was most frustrated that the business center wasn’t operational. The printer was out of toner, only one computer was working, and something was up with the wifi. As a business traveler, that’s stressful.
