Hotel staff was less than accommodating. Made several reasonable requests for items (towels, etc.) and was denied for no reason other than our room should have enough. As a guest at a hotel, I expect my requests to be fulfilled without question. Walls were paper thin and you could not even have a normal conversation without a neighbor complaining. Door lock was broken and management told us we'd have to deal with it because there was nothing they could do. Windows were a safety hazard... windows opened all the way with no screens to protect you... a major safety concern that should be addressed. Despite reading previous negative reviews about this hotel, we decided to give it a shot. I would never come back here and truly do not recommend it to anyone.
