Comfortable stay

One of the cheaper hotels, but vey comfortable with warm and courteous staff

Good location, huge room

Friendly staff, large rooms, breakfast was minimal though. Made a request for a delayed checkout which could not accommodated. Location convenient, located near railway station, highway and airport.

The worst hotell EVER.

This place should be shut down. Every area of the room was a disaster. The room was missing more screws and bolts than it had. It was dirty beyond anything I have ever seen. The main door was so misaligned it would not lock.

Conveniently located near Bridgeport Hospital

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. e.g. new carpets. There is a shuttle service to Bridgeport Hospital.

Disappointed

Hotel staff was less than accommodating. Made several reasonable requests for items (towels, etc.) and was denied for no reason other than our room should have enough. As a guest at a hotel, I expect my requests to be fulfilled without question. Walls were paper thin and you could not even have a normal conversation without a neighbor complaining. Door lock was broken and management told us we'd have to deal with it because there was nothing they could do. Windows were a safety hazard... windows opened all the way with no screens to protect you... a major safety concern that should be addressed. Despite reading previous negative reviews about this hotel, we decided to give it a shot. I would never come back here and truly do not recommend it to anyone.

Needs to be rehabbed!

Husband and I are handicapped. We were put on 2nd floor. Elevator was not working in morning and no one was available to help us with the luggage down the stairs!

Charged over $1600 Fraud Charges

Paid about $100 through Expedia for this one night stay. Everything was find with the stay. 7 days later the hotel billed the card I left with the front desk for $843.50, then again 14 days later another charge for $843.00. Both charges were billed to the hotel. (or at least that's what it says on the charge slip) Best of luck holding on to your credit card account if you stay here! You have been warned.
