Red Roof InnPosted Sep 28, 2015
We called the Red Roof Inn to let them know we would be checking in a little later at night. The person on the phone was extremely unfriendly and rude. Once we began to check in, the employee made a comment about how I "look fine" and didn't need a handicapped room (I'm not sure why they booked us in a handicapped room). Then the printer broke. The employee started arguing with a coworker, telling him the broken printer isn't his problem, while we just stood there, tired and waiting to check in. He was entirely inappropriate. Our room smelled awful and there were wet/used towels in our bathroom. At one point, someone kept trying to open the door from outside. We opened the door and two people were standing there, saying the room was their room. I called the front desk and it too forever for anyone to answer. The person I spoke to didn't seem too interested. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. The only good thing about this Red Roof Inn was the very kind young woman that checked us out.

not bad for price and locationPosted Sep 21, 2015
Bed was super comfy, very clean. However points off for front desk, not welcoming and since our room was on the first floor, a thin gap under front door allowed a few beetles in. I would stay again.

Red Roof innPosted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: The hotel needs more security to make residents feel more comfortable and secure.
Someone knocked on my door 3 times starting at 10PM. And wouldn't answer when I asked who it was. Numerous people were loitering around the property around 9PM or later.

no more than one night!Posted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: mmm :(
Cons: WiFi definitely needs improvement,
Location: super close to the freeway.. probably to close and noisy. noting to eat around it, have to drive a couple of miles for something to eat
facilities: the room looks dated but clean, flat screen tv, AC. the WIFI is a joke even for regular web surfing, forget about video streaming.

Pros: Close to down town.
Cons: Nah, its ok.
Hotel and location good. Secret Police pulled me over for not using a turn signal in front of Red Roof. Must have been a slow night for police. Milford Police officer had an attitude problem, but let me pass without issuing a ticket. They left me feeling Arlo Guthrie from Alice's Restaurant. I was shocked to see the local cop wearing tattoos on his arm. He looked like a dope.

Would not recommendPosted Aug 14, 2015
Only staying in the area one night. Looked nice online. Must be older pictures. Room was dingy and dirty. My wife was uncomfortable the whole time. Left first thing in the AM.
