Can’t always go by the bad reviews, the property was clean, room was clean, bathroom was extremely clean. Staff was respectful. The maid service was great!! My Only con on my visit was that the room I had didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. I’d visit here again.

Front desk check in what's not customer friendly, and surprised me with a "$50 deposit" that I was unaware of, even though I booked the room online. Walls are super thin so you can hear you're fellow neighbors well, and all their activities.

Walked into the office to check in and the employee was threatening to call the police on two others because they simply complained about their room. Our room had cig burns in the comforter even though it says no smoking in the rooms. The tub was full of long black hair, and we are pretty sure we heard gun shots going off in them parking lot. Avoid this place.

Manager/Front desk person is borderline hostile. He has major difficulties just doing one thing and if you ask him a question while he’s doing the one task, he lets you know he can only do one thing at a time! Red Roof Inn has fallen beyond low!

Heavy police presence
Didn’t stay but staff were accommodating. Pulled in to check in and the lots was full of police cars. Whatever was happening was not something I wanted my family to experience. The front desk staff was kind and didn’t charge us for the room, despite being past the cancelation time.

I found this a very scary, unsafe property. I was relieved the front desk clerk UNDERSTOOD my concerns I scribbled on the back of my check in paperwork. Im a travel medical worker. . I was harassed, followed and catcalled in the parking lot. It was not a place I would recommend for women or children. No refrigerator or microwave so be prepared. My pillows were disgusting. I think it's a homeless shelter as well. I have complete empathy for the homeless but this property is NOT FOR CLEAN SOBER PEOPLE paying cash to get one nights rest. You will not rest.
