Pros: Comfortable. Good location for our purpose (visiting relatives).
Big room. Full kitchen and nice big bath. A real treat after tiny NYC rooms! We didn't need the kitchen, but it was nice having all the space. We have stayed there before and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Pros: Location, staff and rooms.
Location: The ocean was a 5 minute drive.
Great location... excellent staff and comfortable rooms! And a great warm breakfast each morning! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Location: Convenient to the interstate and a short drive to downtown Milford. Nice green in the town as well as some nice restaurants.
The hotel staff was very accommodating and pleasant. My interaction with them - from front desk to maintenance (burned out light bulbs above bathroom sink) - was great. The hotel needs an upgrade. The carpets are worn, doors to the hallways have huge gaps, tv service was poor (grainy with few channel selections) - a fresh coat of paint would go a long ways as well. The common areas were nicer and the amenities - fresh coffee all day and night/ fresh cookies upon arrival and a very nice breakfast - were well done and much appreciated.

Hotel was clean and comfortable overall, however a couple of things that disappointed us: 1. We returned from being out at around 8:30 PM to a lot (more than 5) of police cars checking out one vehicle.... This didn't give us a good feeling. 2. Our room only had a shower. Clean and in good condition, but not kid friendly. There is no indoor pool here, which is a bummer, but you can use the one at the Springhill Suites next door. We didn't get a chance to check it out.

We visited with family for 3 days and had a wonderful time. I hated to leave because I was so comfortable in the hotel. Employees were friendly and helpful. Next time we visit, we will be staying here!!!!
