My daughter and her boyfriend send me to different places to celebrate the New Year. I have been to many places but none so wonderful as Lumberville 170 House. The host made my stay wonderful! They made me feel right at home and were just great! Thank you for starting 2016 off so beautifully!

Loved the sitting room & balcony! The bed was comfy but hard to get into even with the step stool (I think a wider one would assist older folks like myself)…the staff were fantastic & the dinner was outstanding especially the potato soup! We had to take leftovers due to the abundance of food we received…oh & kudos to Anthony (front desk) & Max (dinner/cocktails)!

I cannot say enough positive things. This is a beautiful location physically in a building with a lot of interesting history in a place that is the seat of our nation. Really a place worth visiting just for that reason alone. The owner is fastidious and very much available to visitors. The restaurant at the first floor is unbelievable. I hesitated about reserving a room so close to the theater that was older in years considering I have a disability. I had tickets to a show at the Sellersville theater and thought I would have trouble. I could not have been proven more wrong. The staff was extraordinary helpful, very very nice rooms all renovated, food quality in the restaurant was excellent. I have a Hospitality degree so I have a high standard of service expectation. It was met and surpassed.

I love staying at the Lafayette Inn every time I visit my daughter. It’s always clean, spacious and quiet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I did notice on this stay that a hot breakfast is no longer provided. That was always a really nice touch. Too bad they changed that.

Breakfast servers were the model of perfect service & also willing to take us to the wine cellar & unoccupied rooms. Even the groundskeeper was warmly welcoming & a source of info for the area. The Sayre Mansion staff brought Bethlehem to its full glory!
