Cheap and comfortable

Not so good. For the price it was very clean, renovated and spacious, but the service during your stay is unacceptable. The front desk clerk, Melissa, was very nice can not say the same about the others. The breakfast wasn't breakfast at all, unless you like microwave eggs and overcooked sausage, get your breakfast elsewhere. The pool was nice and clean, spacious enough to swim laps. Couldn't sleep the last night because of unruly guests in top floor. Check out is strictly at 11am, no matter if you paid for more than one night straight. Do not expect for housekeeping to change your towels automatically, even if they are on the floor or in the tub like requested for towel swap, had to get towels from front desk. If you aren't looking for the luxury and just the stay and price, here's your hotel.

Not worth it!

The room stunk of old, stale smoke. The blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. It took atleast six hours for the room to cool off. Will not be staying here again...ever!

Not a comfortable stay.

The sofa bed needs to be put in the dump. Every spring could be felt. At 8:30-9:00 the eggs were were gone, gravy was gone. The morning staff were not friendly at all. The evening shift was great.

Horrible customer service

I took over an hour to try to change room from smoking to non smoking and still never changed

When guest go thru a third party for booking a reservation the hotel property has no authorization to make any changes to the reservation. Not much to say. A 3 star lodge. Rarely did desk staff acknowledge us. Carpet in room was dirty, needs to be changed. Otherwise it was okay. Probably will choose higher grade hotel in the area next time. Also Expedia price was not the best price. Not using them again.
