Peaceful overnite stay with all the comforts neede

Pros: The hotel was spotless with the perfect temperature.
Cons: Because we booked our reservation throught a booking agent, we did not get a receipt when we checked out. A printout wouldhave been nice.
Location: Located on Frontage Street beside Hwy 90 and Center Streeet is great. Great eating places are easy to reach. Traveling around is easy from the easy.
Greeted with a smile and directed to a relaxing room was the beginning of our overnite stay. The desk clerk gave us specific directions to a good place to eat. The continental breakfast was very good. I left my pillow, and they had it waiting on me when we returned to get it. 100% satisfied !!!!

Pros: comfortable room
Cons: hot tub
Location: Went to The Shadows
Spent 1 night. Accommodations were nice. Front desk was very helpful when we checked in.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the hotel charged me a deposit of 100 dollars on my card because I went through Expedia. I'm waiting for my statement from the bank to make sure it was credited. I have never had to do this in the past.

Check in was quick and easy and the size of the room was by far impressive. We decided to stay an extra night and the front desk took care of it no problem. Breakfast was ok.

clean, neat, highly functioning hotel

I usually don't review hotels, especially not chains, but this one was outstanding in every respect with one tiny exception- stale milk in the breakfast room fridge, but that was very quickly rectified. Overall, highly satisfactory stay in a very well run hotel.

Good Place to stay

Pros: The staff as well as the proximity to all the tourist places we want it to visit
Cons: The rooms facing the road could be treated for avoid the noises of the road.
Location: Close to Avery Island, Jefferson Island, Lake Fausse, Cajun Swamp Tours.
We went to visit New Iberia's Avery Island, Jefferson Island, and a couple other places around. The Holliday Inn is a perfect spot for visiting all those places. The staff is great, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Good tips for dinning and lunch restaurants.

Pros: The staff and the proximity to the places I went to New Iberia for.
Cons: The noise from the road
Location: If you are willing to drive up to 20 minutes. There is great food and coffee
Fairly easy access. Close to Avery and Jefferson Islands
