“We stayed there for 2 nights and housekeeping didn’t come check in. We had to ask for more towels because we had to use them to be placed inside the bathtub and on the floor because the floor was sticky and as soon as we picked up the towels, they were so black from how dirty the floor was. When we asked the front desk for towels, they states maintenance would show up to drop off the towels. After a while of waiting for maintenance, we called from our room to the front desk to let them know we……

“Very nice and helpful staff, location was perfect and in walking distance to the main road with all the shops and right across from the viewing tower. Lots of parking too. The room was nice and clean when we got there, there was a mini-fridge and coffeemaker in the room as well as a fan and heater. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a really nice stay. Will definitely return if we go down to Westport again in the future.”

“When we arrived, we waited a few minutes for the woman at the front desk to even acknowledge we were standing there, even though she looked right at us. Communication was difficult, due to the desk clerk barely speaking English. Room smelled very strongly of some kind of cleaning agent, and we had to open windows and air it out before we could even go inside. Room was much smaller than the photos on the website. Kitchen was extremely ill-equipped, not even having serviceware and coffee cups for……
