“The Westerly Inn doesn’t have ANY of the amenities they claim to have on site. They told us you have to walk two blocks to the Days Inn to use their pool, get breakfast, etc. The “Inn” is a rundown motel with low lives living in the parking lot. When we walked the two blocks to the days inn to check in they told us they had rented out our room because we were “late” to check in. They refused to do anything to help accommodate us or help us find somewhere else to stay. Luckily, the Comfort Inn……

“Elevator so slow may as well not be one. Breakfast cheap and small room to handle too many people. Not well maintained.”

“Booked a double queen room and was “upgraded” to a suite due to room issues prior to arrival. Well I’d normally be happy about the upgrade however the room only had 1 bed and a pull out that was not even made up. When I asked staff about getting pillows for the pull out I was told sorry we don’t have any. The place was mostly clean, all hard floors so all the hair balls would float by when door was open. No A/C in the room so had to keep the door open because the window didn’t open. This……

“It right on the marina so convenient for fishing. However, there is no office desk or staff. You wait until they send a message that the room is ready, if they are on it. Then you get a door code. I had to send multiple texts to get in, and it was well after 4:00 before they responded. There is a Kureq for red eye coffee in the room, but the housekeeper didn’t leave any coffee…just hot chocolate. And there was a dirty old pod in the machine (coffee). The toilet seat is about to fall off. I’ll go……
