Property was in a great place because you can walk to canal and bourbon street. Everything was on walking distance. The staff was nice and sweet .

Check In/Check Out process was extremely easy and efficient, the front desk staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Hotel was located within perfect walking distance from most French Quarter activities. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel, easily accessible to all of the New Orleans night life. However, professionalism was lacking from valet to front desk staff. I expect more when staying at a marriot hotel.

Hotel was overbooked so we didn’t get the room we paid for (at least not what we saw in photos) but the staff were friendly and valet was convenient

Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not feel that the environment matched the photos at all. The hotel felt drab and unwelcoming. The room was also disappointing. It felt like a lifeless box and the dirty window looked out to other rooms. Overall, this hotel needs a redesign and cleaning.

Staff discriminated my disability and charged me for my registered service animal. Not to mention...hair in the bed, shower, and it looked as if the sheets had not been changed. When i contacted the front desk and management, they said they were too busy and would.call me back. ..which they did not.

This hotel did not look like the pictures. We were very disappointed. Would not return. The property was unkept. The plants were dried out. The rooms smelled. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Was also upset that my Best friend who booked thru the hotel directly spent $75 less than the price I bought on expedia. Expedia - you need to do better!

The location was perfect-just a short block walk to Bourbon street. Valet parking is expensive but didn't know where else to park so.....There was no noise at night-maybe we were on a floor by ourselves?

Staff were very helpful, friendly. Wish there were more choices of tea in the room. We were there 3 days. Only had 2 bottles water at arrival. All in all, we had great time in the city. We would stay there again if we had come back to visit.
