Woke up on Saturday morning at 7am to the overwhelmingly loud sound of construction directly beneath our floor. Called the desk to complain and was treated rudely. Turns out they were doing work in the lobby and allowed it to start at 7am with no regards to thier guests. Then when we were leaving it was a 40 minute wait to have our car brought around.
I will never return to this very disappointing hotel.
