Staff was responsive and pleasant. The room was only moderately clean. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom made it even more uncomfortable.

The bed is very comfortable. Got a no-smoking room but it smelled like “smoking room in a casino”. The smell did go away after staying overnight..the bathroom is clean and big - from aesthetic standpoint, you can see the thick grout and spackling paste to cover whatever was needed to be covered. The room was just not finished. Location is great! Room was great and stay overall!! he staff is pleasant and not intrusive
The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to walk to the French quarter and other locations. The hotel itself definitely needs some sprucing up, you can tell the hotel was nice when it was remodeled years ago.
This place was filthy. We had no working phone in our room. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet paper roll holder was missing to the toilet paper was just sitting on top of the toilet. We found a hat belonging to a previous guest just under the bed which tells us they didn’t clean the room very well. In addition, there were clothing tags in the closet and pee stains on the floor in the bathroom. In the morning around 10 AM you can hear the housekeeping staff yelling and talking in the halls. Totally being loud and disrespectful to the guests who’ve paid money for a peaceful place to sleep in. The one great plus worth mentioning is the woman who checked us in was very accommodating. She was professional and was willing to let us check in early which was nice since we took a red eye and were tired from traveling. We didn’t expect much from this hotel. However cleanliness and peace and quiet would have been appreciated. Don’t be fooled by the photos posted when making a booking. You will be disappointed!
Our late check in wasn't an issue and the room was a fantastic size and set up. The cromecasts on the tvs was a great touch. The bath drained very slowly and some things seemed to be in the middle of being repaired.
