Some days trash was left outside on the side walk. Consistent problems with room door locks. I had to get new keys everyday sometimes twice a day because of the lock issues

Uncomfortable Stay

The latch in the door was broken so I was scared the whole time. The telephone was broken and the air was half way working. I reported the problem to the front desk and the lady said they didn't have anything else available so I was stuck in that room. Room 242! On top of that I could not swim because they had it shut down due to maintenance. It was a horrible stay!

Couple of matience issues , sink leaked wet floor in door way & by sink . Nice staff .

Cajun pit stop

The location was blah, twenty five minutes west of NOLA. The hotel itself was like a mini resort. Other than the cleaning lady forgetting to replenish my room one night, everything else was exceptional (manager took care of me) Staff was super friendly and attentive to my needs. Breakfast was surprisingly good and room was very clean, comfortable and updated.

Close to Airport.

Pros: Close to New Orleans Airport, freeway and city. Provided good value
Cons: Standards of cleaning could be better.
Location: Close to Airport and New Orleans.
Spacious room although design a little odd with wash basin in the middle of the room. Although bed linen was clean a lot of fluff and what looked like flakes of paint on the carpet.

Comfortable and felt safe

Location: Many fast foods and gas near by. Getting out on road took some time. Busy with traffic. Short drive to other businesses.
There is always room for improvement. With that said room was clean comfortable. Step into room was unsafe for me. It made a step down just a little weird. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quit and safe. Easy parking. Breakfast was ok it's just hard to keep eggs warm but there was a microwave. Enjoyed my stay would go back if I needed to.

Beautiful room and very well kept, but on my way to checkout I caught a glimpse of a housekeeper making a bed (door wide open) and she wasn't changing the sheets on the bed for the next guest. Now I have to wonder if this is a common or standard practice?

unforgettable

Room smelled horrible as if the room was used for a tobacco convention. Couldn't get any tv reception for any channels it was late and we were tired so we didn't call office. Bathrooms very small many stains. Beds the worse springy hard to sleep on very uncomfortable only stayed 6 hours slept 1run from this hotel should not be charged for this's room very disappointed Expedia.
