I was very happy till...

Beautiful room and very well kept, but on my way to checkout I caught a glimpse of a housekeeper making a bed (door wide open) and she wasn't changing the sheets on the bed for the next guest. Now I have to wonder if this is a common or standard practice?

Room smelled horrible as if the room was used for a tobacco convention. Couldn't get any tv reception for any channels it was late and we were tired so we didn't call office. Bathrooms very small many stains. Beds the worse springy hard to sleep on very uncomfortable only stayed 6 hours slept 1run from this hotel should not be charged for this's room very disappointed Expedia.

Great hotel and staff. More than I expected. Room was very nicely decorated and clean. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was also great. Plan to visit again!

Nice Hotel

Very centrally located right off the freeway. Hotel was nice and clean. Housekeeping didn't come clean our room on our stay. No clean towels or linens and our air conditioner didn't work well. Room had a old stuffy smell.

Great stay

This place was great,very clean,spacious & modern. They provide full breakfast [hot & cold] which was awesome. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. We visit New Orleans once a year but this was our first time at this hotel but we will definitely be going back to them on our next trip.
