We loved this hotel for its comfortable, homelike, and authentic feel. It's lovely to have a pool surrounded by trees and honey suckle. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety and lots of local options, like dirty rice with scrambled egg. (yum). All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Charlene, in particular, who attends breakfast was wonderful. While it may be a Best Western, it did not feel like a chain. It was a memorable, convenient, and interesting place to stay.

The Best Western hotel made our visit to New Orleans great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast had lots of options and was delicious.

I was traveling by myself and the night time staff especially Ty would check on me when I would come back to the hotel! Shows how much they care for their customers and if anything was needed they would get it for you fast! Loved staying at this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel & recommend it whole heartedly!! it’s far enough to be away from the noise and be safe but close enough to walk anywhere u wanna go. also the trolly and bus stops a block away. it’s in the center of everything but where u can also get peace and quiet. the breakfast is super convenient & yummy. staff is friendly. pool was nice and clean. the hotel made our trip to nola great !!!!

Loved the serenity of the courtyard. Lucion was very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. Didn’t like that the AC blows directly onto whomever is sleeping in the bed closest to the AC. We were in room 351. The location could not have been better for us. No one walking by our room, no one above. Could not hear anyone in the room next to us. Courtyard area was a bit noisy at night but not out of control considering we were in NOLA.

It was in the French Quarter. I really enjoyed the courtyard with pool, tables and chairs to relax after a full day sightseeing. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This is a really nice hotel. Basic amenities. Free breakfast. A very nice pool and courtyard area. Rooms are small but nice, clean and have a min fridge. The hotel is in a perfect location. You're a 3 minute walk to Bourbon Street and about a 5 minute walk to Canal Street. The neighborhood around the hotel is nice. I felt safe walking at night. You're right across the street from Loui Armstrong park which is a beautiful park! The hotel is about a 15-20 minute ride from the airport. And the best part is the area is quiet!! So you can sleep at night without all the noise from Bourbon Street. I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We were mostly happy with our room and our stay. The only thing that bothered my husband was the sound of the older A/C unit in the room that kept waking him up. It was great to have a safe in the room, and a fridge. It would have been nice to have a microwave, but there was one available in the dining area. I have to say the free breakfast was NOT good...powdered eggs should be outlawed as they are just not even edible in my opinion. But the staff was very nice and friendly, and the free espresso machine was a BIG hit. I also really liked the saltwater pool, and even though it is not heated, the weather was such that I was able to enjoy a swim. We enjoyed the proximity of this hotel to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and Louis Armstrong Park. Overall, a positive experience for my first visit to New Orleans.

Motel is older but rooms were clean and comfortable. Could use a little upgrade but didnt effect our stay at all. Staff was excellent. Breakfast good. Only slight problem was the water temperature during shower. Hot water was hard to keep. Was very close and walkable to everything we wanted to do and then far enough away from the noise of the french quarter. Would stay again if back in the area.

Friendly, quick check-in! We were able to park in the hotel parking lot, which was a plus for us. Spaces are small, but we did fine. This hotel is convenient to the MH Jackson theater. Nice breakfast and friendly staff!

The property was secure in a nice location. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a hit or miss - but nice to have to start the day. It would be nice to have the coffee station closer or a sign indicating there is coffee. My first day I didn't think there was any. One suggestion the ice locations are horrible to locate.

The only disappointment was the hotel does not have a shuttle for pick up to and from the airport. This feature needs to be brought back.

This property is in a central location, which was wonderful for us to walk to most of our New Orleans excursions. This hotel was so quiet! It had a great free breakfast, plus a bar ( on most nights), and a swimming pool with courtyard. The staff were always there with smiles, answers and just overall goodness!!!

I traveled with my two teenagers there for March break. The hotel is good value for the money. It's located at the edge of French Quarter, so that whole area and adjoining Marigny (a must-visit for typical creole and shotgun houses) are within walking distances. Another plus was the included breakfast with plenty of choices (hot food, cereal, yogurt, waffles, fruits, coffee etc.). Clean nice interior courtyard with a small pool. Housekeeping did their job. On the downside: when we arrived late at night (around 9:30 pm) the receptionist told us they cannot accommodate our car in their garage (for which you must pay extra!), and directed us to a small gas station two blocks down the road where we could leave our car in their open parking lot so they would "keep an eye on it" during the night for $35! I thought that was quite sketchy but I didn't want to risk leaving the car in the street (not really a safe area) so I paid. The next day, they gave us a parking spot in the garage at the hotel. Also, I forgot my phone charger in the room upon check out, went back after our tour to retrieve it and they claimed they haven't found any charger.
