Nice for the price

Pros: nice beds, courtyard, breakfast
Cons: meat included with the breakfast and billing issues
Location: good location and felt secure
Paid for rooms a few months earlier when I booked, seemed to be confusion about that when i checked out, quickly resolved. The air conditioner vent blows the under the curtains and not so much in the room, also the remote to the tv didn't work. The staff was very friendly and prompt. Nice breakfast included in the morning. Checked my credit card statement when i got home and found an $8 charge even though everything was prepaid, called them and they said it was a mistake and promptly gave me credit.

Should be more than 2.5 stars!

I was really impressed with this hotel especially since Expedia has it listed as a 2.5 star hotel. The overall quality of this hotel is great. I did not have any issues at all. Check in is at 3pm and my flight landed at 8am, the hotel receptionist let me check in as soon as I arrived at the hotel. Housekeeping and the cleanliness of the hotel and room is great. The entire staff is awesome!

Very nice hotel!

Pros: Room and total area was clean; slept wonderfully. Bathroom has a nice, big space around sink. Nice, full breakfast provided.
Cons: Bigger bath towels.
We were pleasantly impressed with this little gem. It's centrally located in Metairie, without the traffic hassles of the New Orleans proper. We will definitely stay again!

good hotel -central to everything

Location is perfect. Close to downtown / airport. Room /bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good will stay here again.

First night room service was mediocre so I thought it was going to be a rough stay. But my second day and so forth was amazing!

Great hotel in New Orleans area

Room was super clean!! Staff was great, I personally recommend the king bed and suite.....wish my stay was longer

Pleasing Stay

Pros: Everything was enjoyable.
Location: French Quarters, Dinner at Drago's ( AMAZING FOOD) , Near I10
From the moment you check in to check out the staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel is well kept and conveniently located near I10 , close to French Quarters, and great price.

Right in the middle

Love the firepit but there is only one. Desk staff was great but a particular breakfast staff seemed irritated all the time. Breakfast was GREAT!! Room was kind of small but clean and comfy. CLOSE to the French quarter and many different other activities... Seemed to be right in the middle of everything. Wash/dry could be cheaper.. $2 for each.

The room was decent. We would stay there again. Cleaning staff spoke no English so we could. It ask for more towels.

Flea in my bed

The lobby was nice, yet I had to travel through outdoor gates to get to my actual room. The carpets were dirty in my room and when I pulled my sheets back, a flea jumped out at me. I called the front desk and they did move my room, yet didn't offer anything as far as an apology.
