Noise level was not an issue. Loved the balcony overlooking bourbon st. The hotel was clean and staff was great!

Needs better pesticides

Hotel was right on the main street of entertainment if you dont mind the noise. They do provide you with ear plugs though. Hotel was nice, only problem I had was when I was relaxing in bed preparing for my flight the next day, a huge cockroach ran across my headboard which freaked me out for the remainder of the night and left me tired when waking for my flight because I couldn't sleep. I received a breakfast voucher which wasn't enough because I didn't even want to eat the food after that.

Perfect location!

Pros: Loved the location, we were two to three blocks from anything we wanted to do. Wonderful staff and great concierge.
Cons: The breakfast there is okay but the local fare is much better.
Nice hotel. Clean, comfy, awesome staff. The bathrooms are nothing fancy but they are very clean and a nice size. Ithe room layout was unique but left us a lot of room to spread out and be comfortable. It's right in the middle of Bourbon St so it's not always quiet. Ask for a room with a courtyard view or a non Bourbon St room and you will sleep well. In the heart of the French Quarter, From here you can easily and cheaply go to just about anywhere in the city. It's a short walk to the casino, the river and the cable cars. We would definitely stay her again.

Hotel in French Quarter

Pros: Location, Location, Location!
Cons: Everything mentioned above!
Location: Again, being on Bourbon St. made it convenient to walk to everything we liked to do and more.
We stayed at this hotel a year ago but must have had a different room or maybe not, but for a Sheraton this was not at all like the Sheraton's we have ever stayed in - much cheaper and lower quality for sure!!! First, the drawers were hideous - just cloth boxes and not enough at all - like drawers would be - that is just plain cheap on Sheraton's part! Cooling system was awful and inconsistent - could not get it regulated. Bathrooms way too small. Pool was nice and restaurant food was very good. However, not enough good things for us to stay there again. Shame on you Sheraton - cloth drawers - REALLY?!?!?!?

Room smelled terrible - worn out and drab.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Air freshners in rooms. Paint.
Location: Right on Bourbon Street in New Orleans
When I walked into this room I couldn't believe how awful it smelled - had to open the balcony door and actually went out and bought incense to try and help. Everything in room was worn out looking. A little paint would go a long way.

Great location in the heart of the French quarter!

The hotel was just as promised. We could walk to Jackson Square and Canal Street. The balcony was wonderful and not too noisy to sleep during the week. The hotel staff was very attentive. I would avoid the breakfast at the hotel and just walk down to Canal Street and eat at the Ruby Slipper. Everything else was great!
