The hotel is right in the heart of the French Quarter. The amenities were good (nice shower, keurig in room, vending machines. They arranged a cab to take us to the airport.

This hotel is in a very convenient location- close to transportation, and walkable to everything! Although on a busy street, hotel is quiet and secure at night. Beautiful courtyard in the back, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

In a post COVID world, we have not found the kind of hospitality we’re used to. The French Market Inn did not disappoint!! The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. The concierge was extremely helpful. The entire place was spotless. The courtyard was well maintained. The inn was gorgeous! The location was perfect. Overall a fabulous place to stay. Will stay there again!!

Loved the hospitality of the bell hop and front desk. Loved the quiet and peaceful courtyard! Amazing place to stay! Perfect, safe location for staying in the French quarter. Everything was in close walking distance.

The French Market Inn is in a beautiful set of old buildings with a lovely courtyard and pool. Our rooms were clean and great; the King suite is enormous. Staff are super sweet and helpful.

The bed and bathroom were clean but it needed a good dusting and vacuum. I loved the hotel over all. The courtyard is beautiful. The coffee shop attached is perfect. Staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely book again.

We absolutely loved staying here. We checked in last midnight, our flight got in late, and there was someone there to check us in. Our room was clean and stocked. The staff is amazing and friendly. The area is perfect for walking everywhere you’d want to go. It’s so beautiful and historical, def made the vibe of the trip. Def going to book again.

Our stay at The French Market Inn was quite pleasurable. It was a great location, just a short walk from Jackson Square and Bourbon Street. It was clean and very well kept for being 200 yrs old and the staff was friendly and courteous. The room was small but full of charming character!

The French Market Inn was a great hotel! It was clean and it seems like they renovated the room that we were in. The room was clean and spacious. The pool had many towels ready and there was a pool room with vending machines and a microwave and a bathroom. There were plenty of places to sit outside and eat or drink coffee. A few things that I would like to suggest is to have another spot to sit. There was only one chair in the room. Also, the room could have hooks on the walls to hang backpacks and purses. We think that our room was probably near an employee's area. Periodically, we would wake up to door slams in the middle of the night. There was a motor humming all night long, but it acted as white noise for me!

It was an amazing stay at this property, everyone was so accommodating, friendly and nice.I love it here.I highly recommend.I will stay here again. This property is very close to all the attractions right by the river,estaurants, shops, Bourbon and Frenchman's street, Hackson square and the French Market. It's everything you need in a stay in New Orleans. And it's connected to really nice coffee shop called PJ's. The French market Inn is on a very busy street, but here's the amazing thing, it's so quiet, you would never know! It also has a really lovely courtyard with a pool.

It looked like the room we stayed in was completely renovated. All new bathroom,paint in beautiful condition. Staff was absolutely lovely. The only complaint is we were on the back side and had one window that was really covered for privacy. So the room was pretty darn dark in spite of 2 bedside lamps. I think one floor lamp in the corner, left of tv would’ve helped. Beyond that perfect

The courtyard for the property was gorgeous. We loved our room! Honestly, everything was wonderful and we were so happy to have stayed. If you're going to use the parking lot, be sure to they know for exactly how many nights. We only had a rental car and needed to park for 1 night, but was charged for our whole stay because it was not filled out correctly on the forum. Overall, loved this spot. The nonrefundable parking we didn't use left a bad taste in our mouth while checking out.

I got an interior room which actually had no windows, and the sleep I got was so resful, I felt great the next morning. I might seek that out again at other locations too. Great staff and stay, I really enjoyed it!

Beautiful historic building in the heart of The French Quarter, well kept and a friendly, helpful staff. The room and the courtyard are gorgeous. I would definitely consider staying there again if/when I visit New Orleans.

Great location if you want to be in/near the French Quarter. Centrally located but slightly away from the fray. Our room was off a lovely interior courtyard with tables. The room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful if not all that friendly.

Loved the historic image of the hotel! Very convient and in walking distance to the streets like Canal and Bourbon street. The staff was amazing! Such a beautiful view seeing the Mississippi River right across the street! Me and my family stayed for 2 days and didn’t have to move our car once seeing as everything we needed was in walking distance! Would definitely be back at the same hotel once I come back to New Orleans!

I like the room the area the bed was very conftrable just did not like the size of the bathroom vanity and it wa off by the pool kind of weird but other then that everything else was great will defiantly stay here again when I decide to go back.

We had an inside room and it was so dark and quiet we had the best sleep ever! The courtyard is so beautiful and peaceful you would never know it was on such a busy street. So many choices for food, drinks and music in the area. The daytime front desk person went out of her way to be helpful and was so pleasant. I wish I caught her name. We visit New Orleans often, this is the first time at this hotel but will not be the last!

I love this hotel. Lots of character! The courtyard is beautiful. It’s 2 blocks from Jackson Square and around 2 blocks to Bourbon Street. Perfect location. Two downsides are parking and getting across the courtyard in the rain. I recommend that the hotel offer a valet for parking but otherwise, I wouldn’t change a thing!

I would have given this stay a much higher review - but - our room, 312, was so small. And I mean “small”. The bathroom door opened into the shower, it was almost impossible to close the door without standing in the shower. Zero storage space in the room. The staff, the ambience and the location were great. The room was a bust!

The parking is non-existent for this hotel. They had a pay to park setup in two separate areas. One was in an open public parking lot that was sketchy at best and the other was a small gated parking lot that was much safer. Of course I chose the safer lot, but had to walk through a seedy part of the French quarter in the middle of the night for over three blocks to get back to the hotel. A small golf cart offering would have been a godsend! The hotel had a very small presence on the street, but opened up behind the front desk to a hidden gem! The room was very clean and suprisingly nice given the surroundings on the outside. I loved it and will absolutely stay here again if I make it back to NOLA! It was only two blocks away from the rockin party area of Bourbon Street, but you could not hear a thing from inside the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door to the second I turned in my room key. Don't expect the Four Seasons, but do expect to be very pleasantly surprised if you stay here. Well done to this hotel and staff!
