Pros: Not much.
Run down & not well maintained. I think that says everything you need to know.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Hilton Garden Inn with us. I am very sorry our current appearance was not what you had anticipated. We strive to maintain the highest standards, not only in service, but also with regards to maintaining the overall look and feel of the hotel. I will bring your comments up to the corporate office to see if something can be done to update the rooms to be more inline with other Hilton properties. In addition, later this year we will be updating the locks and doors around the hotel, along with new chrome fixtures for the bathrooms. We hope this will help address some of the issues. Although we fell short of meeting your expectations during your past stay, I hope you will consider the Hilton Garden Inn on your next visit to the New Orleans area so we may better deliver upon the guest experience you deserve.

very good hotel to stay if you are in kenner

Pros: every thing from front desk to rooms and house keeping people
Cons: all is good no need to improved any thing
Location: Location very good and bus 201 Kenner loop will take you to Walmart and a tour of kenner and other places and air port.
Got in very early and tired and the Lady at the desk took care of me and my family I was so happy she the best .keep up the good work pretty lady.

Friendly staff. Free shuttle to casino and airport

Lobby was clean and smelled quite nice, but when we got to our floor, the smell dramatically changed to musty. Smelled like a toilet was backed up in the heat. Hotel staff was very friendly. Our toilet had remnants of prior patron's urine. Ewww.

Our stay

Pros: It was nice and clean.
Cons: A little more attention paid to each customer.
Location: The location is great. There are a lot of places to eat close by.
The hotel was nice. It was clean and up to date. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The only compliant that I have is that I provided a credit card and I told them I wanted to pay cash at check out. They said okay but charged my card anyway. I can be pretty picky but I would definitely stay there again. On another note: There was some idiot running up and down the hall screaming and cursing. I called the front desk and they took care of it immediately.

Quiet and clean

Nice staff, just a little out of the way from New Orleans but still saved money staying here rather than the french quarter. Uber picked us up quickly from the hotel and got us around our entire trip. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of this hotel.

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas solo que lo unico malo y que no me gusto era que se escuchaba ruido y cuando caminan en la plata superior se escucha y todo vibra
