There were pubic hairs in the tub - that were there when I checked in. It was past midnight and after traveling all day, I had no energy to deal with it. Unsure if the tub was actually cleaned between guests; I had a friend bring some bleach and cleaned it so I knew it was clean.

For a Hilton property, the rooms could use an update. Also, none of the toilets flushed in the lobby restroom or our room. Breakfast buffet was not available due to low occupancy! Would not stay here again unless I had to.

Somewhat worn and "tired", but the staff was friendly and our room was clean. They have a nice pool and pretty planting around the hotel. Right next to the levee, and the park there was a pretty walk.

Smells like mold throughout the hotel. Dirty/stained carpets. Phone doesn’t work in room 316. Floor on room 316 is sinking. A/C in room 216 is not working but manager doesn’t do anything because it still blows air. Front desk stated they have no clean towels. Housekeeping asked why do I need towels if I checkout today at 1200, even when it’s 9:30 am (I guess I’ll use my kid’s wet towel). Bath tub on 316 was clogged and maintenance never showed up. We had to shower with ankle deep water. Pillows and bedding stink.

This is absolutely the worst Hilton i’ve ever stayed in. Our shower was clogged, they wouldn’t let us get more towels, no breakfast, just an overall terrible experience. I can’t believe it

I paid 400 for this room. Room smelled very musty. The toilet was leaking on the floor. Containers in shower were empty. 6 people in the room but only 2 towels. Hallways smelled like pot. Very old not updated. also music playing all night.

It did the job.
Last minute trip and all we needed was a place to sleep. It did the job. Problems might’ve came up if we had stayed longer but the only thing we could think of that was actually “negative” was the bathroom floor was sticky when we got to the room.

First room i was given, I opened door and bed wasnt made, trash on desk. I went back to counter and they asked if i saw luggage in there. Really? So they gave me another room. I wanted a king bed but they said they didnt have anymore and didnt have anyone that could clean the first room they sent me to. So the second room had 2 queen beds. Food was left in microwave, hair was on shower wall and inside the bottom of tub, room smelled horrible, we didnt have big towels or wash rags in room, all we had was 2 small towels hanging up. Went to counter they gave me 2 big towels but said they didnt have any wash rags that were clean. The hot water in shower wasnt hot it was warm and kept going from warm to cold. They floor in bathroom was dirty. The room had dust all over. I went to a convience store to get bleach to clean the bathroom. Check out was at 12 but at 940 am room service knocked on door and opened it and said hello, i was in bed. I said ummm im still in here. And she left. This was a trip for my birthday. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was shocked cause is carries the "Hilton" name. My birthday experience was horrible.

The staff were exceedingly friendly, but the hotel is dingey. You can tell where the staff tries to clean it, but the hotel is old, and needs general updating.

The lobby was nice and the night clerk was wonderful. When we opened the door to our room we were overwhelmed with the smell of mildew. We decided to live with it rather than the hassle of changing rooms at 10pm with 2 small sleepy children. The bathroom was dirty and the floors hasn’t been vacuumed. While the lobby and elevator looked recently updated, the 2nd floor was in much need of work.

This is a nice hotel. There is breakfast, cooked to order. The hotel is next to the Casino. You can walk to it. Dining in the area is limited so you will need a car. There are better options if you are staying for the airport. It is a little out of the way for an airport stay but you could do it.

The exterior and lobby looks good. The staff was helpful. However the room was in a poor state. The floor sagged. The vinyl flooring installed at room entrance and bathroom was bouncy. Silverfish in the bathroom. Only one towel. It’s definitely not the quality I expected from Hilton Garden Inn. Maybe at a cheap motel.

Unless this is your only option, I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing is that the staff are lovely (if slow at times). Otherwise, there are too many issues to name. The main ones were: 1. The room smelled absolutely terrible. 2. The hotel ran out of towels for the whole weekend we were there. (?!) 3. Half of the amenities were broken. (The list included the hot tub and several pieces of gym equipment.) We won't be going back, and I won't consider Hilton properties the same way again.

The room nor the bathroom was clean. There were dirty spots on the bedding and it looked as if the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There were huge tree roaches in our room as well.The toilet had urine around the bottom part of it and the counters and shower had hair on/in it. I made a reservation for 6 people and was never given the amount of towels needed for our stay (after asking several different staff members). Overall, I would not stay here again.
